Nice and sexy game, great work!.

As a side note: your game teached me that not all 3x3 puzzle-states are solvable, the hard way, as I got violently stuck on one of the 3x3 for more that I’m willing to admit, and this lead me to learn about the terms “Inversions” and “Polarity”. The problem is that the random position at the start can create this kind of evil scenery.

To other players, if you are stuck on a 3x3 for more than 30 min it’s likely you are in an unsolvable puzzle, just reset and try again the game has autosave.

Oh! That sucks, that'll be a bug! I must have been really lucky during my testing! Puzzles aren't randomised until they've been completed, so it won't prevent anybody from reaching the end. I should have enough cart space left to write my own custom shuffle function, I'll look into doing that. Thanks a lot. ^^

if this had some kind of bullet time for the most intricate sections and a little more variety on the level decoration would be perfect!

Thanks for the feedback! Added the bullet time mechanic on the shift key since a few asked for it. It gives a 2 seconds penalty but it shouldn't bother non-speedrunners.
I may try to experiment on some more decorations in the future :)

when finishing Reno for the first time, Seattle had already a skull and not a target, that was odd.

it's an interesting gameplay, I hope you keep working on it.

It needs music and visual clues that a new ball is coming. At the beginning waiting for the first one is pretty boring, and if you don't read the comment outside the game there is no clear hint that more things are coming. but later 10 hits is a good number.

I'm not very good at this kind of game, but managed to get around 200 hits, I think that a last max score or being able to see your max and last game score on the start menu could be a nice incentive to keep playing. I had max 5 balls at once (the frames drop is considerable)

good job, hope to see an improved version.

Gotta be honest, personally i have developed a skill to fake stuff and weasel my way talking out of unfinished homework, hahahah
Sadly can't do it with other stuff, but for class it's great!

It is an interesting experience.

I personally think it would be clearer and more interactive if you talked about the object you decide to leave with the mother and close the visit.

If the intention is that the player knows if Chapter 2 is another day, the same later or the same again, it would be good to add the date and time in addition to the year again. Anyway I find it interesting as it is.

Thanks for the kind words! I was hoping that subtitling the chapter with ”Reprise” would be enough to clarify that it’s the same day, but might still edit it.
